Step 2:Fill our Online Membership form:

This is where you fill our online membership form. When fiiling the form, you will be asked to select Number banks required. In order to know our corresponding prices, you can view our scale of Fees on the membership form or you can view it below.

Note that you have to indicate your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions on the form by ticking the appropraite checkbox before you can submit our form. Once you have clicked on the checkbox, the continue button will be activated which you will click once. An associated pdf file will be generated which will be downloaded and printed (this is the form that will be brought to our office).
